For those that want a practical approach with real world results, this book along with Tactical Barbell II are the standard for all around elite fitness in my opinion. Ross is the man. I think Pat Miletich and Billy Rush would learn a thing or two. In his books he also goes in depth with interval training, circuit training, wind sprints, jumping rope, plyometrics, isometrics, sand bag training, there’s even stuff on exercise bands.
